Semi Circle Arch

Some of the best looking pods we've ever seen have been based on this very simple but highly versatile semi circle shape.
 
Your arches will arrive in several 'jigsaw together' pieces, all lettered up, of which you will glue/screw two layers together to form the frame of your build. Simply screw 3x2" noggins between the arches to the required length of your pod. 
 
Your arch will be 36mm thickness with a width of 100mm, ample cavity for your insulation and lighting etc.
 
We recommend an arch every 600mm of length for perfect structural integrity.
